Andy is a seasoned operator whose background spans award-winning graphic design, sales leadership, and team management. While he has earned international recognition for his work in visual arts and UX/UI, his true impact lies in orchestrating cross-functional teams, driving revenue growth, and overseeing complex operational workflows.

With a deep understanding of human psychology informing both his design and leadership approaches, Andy ventured into artificial intelligence and machine learning—becoming a specialized programmer capable of building cutting-edge, user-focused solutions. His proficiency in aligning technical innovation with real-world business needs stems from his balanced experience across design, sales, and team leadership.

Chris Kamariniakis

Chris is a visionary business leader and startup specialist with over 25 years of C-Level and Founder experience in disruptive early stage and mid-sized technology firms.

He has a proven track record of success in venture building, and has spent the last decade leading two venture studios that have launched ten companies.

Chris is an internet pioneer and early evangelist of cloud/SaaS solutions, having built and sold three tech start-ups by age 33 before transitioning to the corporate world. His unique ability to turn vision into agile, executable strategy and business success has transformed the firms he led.
