The fine print.

Is there any upfront cost or retainer?
No. Both Agentic and Atelier are pure success-fee. You only pay when a candidate we introduced is hired and starts.
How is the fee calculated?
The success fee is a percentage of the candidate's first-year base salary, invoiced on their start date.
What happens if the hire does not work out?
Agentic includes a 60-day replacement window. Atelier includes 90 days. Within that period we replace the role at no additional fee.
Can we mix the two tracks?
Yes. Many teams run Atelier on critical leadership roles and Agentic on parallel IC backfills. We will recommend a track per role on the kickoff call.
