The traditional agency model is expensive for what it delivers. Most agencies don't really vet candidates: they search LinkedIn and forward CVs, which is work any company could do in-house with a little time.
We built ON3 around the part that's hard to do yourself. Our AI finds, qualifies and screens candidates at a scale and speed no manual process can match, and a qualified person validates every profile before it reaches you. For senior hires, that person is an engineer who has done the job.
We also represent both sides. We don't only ask the company what it needs; we ask candidates what kind of team they want to join. That's why the people we place stay.
